| ਆਦਿ ਗਰਝ ਨਮਹ ॥ |

| I bow to the Primal Guru. |
| ਜਗਾਦਿ ਗਰਝ ਨਮਹ ॥ |

| I bow to the Guru of the ages. |
| ਸਤਿਗਰਝ ਨਮਹ ॥ |
