The Gymnasium located at Seven Kings Gurudwara provides excellent facilities for all members of the sangat. It is engaged by people of all ages but it is predominantly the youth who use it the most. Thus enhancing their health and fitness but in particular it gives them a base where they develop their companionship and 'Sikhi' spirit. It also infuses a love and respect for the Guru Granth Sahib, as all who attend the Gym must first go to the prayer hall and pay respect to their Guru before they start their exercise routine. | |||

This Gurdwara is located on the High Road between Seven Kings and Goodmayes Main line railway Stations. The building has 3 floors - The ground floor houses the Langar Hall, Kitchen, Offices, Washroom facilities, Shoe Rooms.
