Miri Sword vs Piri Sword
The sword is a weapon. The weapon which is used to cut evils in two. Guru Sahibans and devotees explained two types of sword. One is Piri Sword which was interoduced by Bhagats and continue supply this sword to people. Guru Nanak gave this sword to Lehna and so on, It's Sword of Wisdom or Spiritual Sword. Other Sword is Miri Sword which was introduced by Guru Hargobind to fight against evil, and he continued gave these two type of swords to further Guru. Let's understand it's difference:

A Belief
There is a belief that Guru Hargobind wear two swords name MIRI sword and PIRI sword. It is true that he had two swords but both swords were not worldly swords. Miri Swords reside in his Sword Belt, and Piri Swords resides in his heart. He gave piri sword which means he preached Gurmat to people and other side he gave Miri sword for Defence and fight against tyranny.
Ya, If he had two Iron swords with him, than those were be Miri Swords. All swords of iron and all worldly weapons are related to Miri.
He had Spiritual Wisdom, Gurbani Gyan, Prema Bhagti i.e Piri Sword.
