View 1. Kutha mean meat prepared after very slow, deliberate & prolonged slaughtering of an animal in ritualistic Islamic religious tradition. Almost All over India it is locally termed as "Halal".
View 2. Kutha means simply meat of the killed animal and does not go into the detail of how the animal is killed. ie: Slaughtered Animal
Below are three Shabads in Gurbani which have the word "Kutha" in them:

This Shabad refers to duality(FALSEHOOD)

Here Prof Sahib Singh Ji is equating any ਭਾਉ ਦਯਾ( controversial Thought) as being ਕਠਾ(nautiating Kuthha) for a SIKH/GURU(as per Gurmat all living beings are equal. Said 10th Nanak "Apy Gur Chela". In general, accross the entire text of SGGS term GURU seem to be refering to 'Human Form' & GUR iplying GURBANI ie 'TRUE IDEA devoid of any controversy What so ever'.In plain language:-
- "'A controvercial thought/view to what is TRUTH, deserves the same punishment as is metted out to Kutha"
