- < is a Sanskrit word having three meanings:-
- 1. Holy Word
- (a) Written in the beginning / end of Vedic Scriptures etc.
- (b) Used before beginning a prayer or religious ceremony.
- 2. Yes Sir Humble affirmative acknowledgement in response to a question / order.
- 3. TRUTH alias GOD.
- To ensure that correct meaning out of the above three is arrived at, '1' has been prefixed to 'a'. Here 'a' means 'such unique being' which is one and encapsulates the entire universe .
> is a suffix in Sanskrit (like 'less' in English as in 'selfless'). It is normally suffixed to a noun. It reflects endless consistency of the parent noun .
- It does not change the gender of the parent noun i.e. if the parent noun is masculine / feminine it retains it's gender even after being suffixed with with, eg
