This [[Gurdwara]] is located on the High Road between Seven Kings and Goodmayes Main line railway Stations. Thus enhancing their health and fitness but in particular it gives them a base where they develop their companionship and 'Sikhi' spirit. It also infuses a love and respect for the Guru Granth Sahib, as all who attend the Gym must first go to the prayer hall and pay respect to their Guru before they start their exercise routine. | |||

This Gurdwara is located on the High Road between Seven Kings and Goodmayes Main line railway Stations. The building was originally used as a British Telecom Exchange and was converted into a Temple during 1990's. The building has 3 floors - The ground floor houses the Langar Hall, Kitchen, Offices, Washroom facilities, Shoe Rooms. The first and second floor have seperate Darbar Halls which can hold about 500 worshippers.
