Positive:

• Symbol of strength (ਬਲ), ਬਲ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ; gives strength to human to do effort intensive tasks;​
• Indian mythological reference of Ox holding the Earth – corrected in Japuji Sahib referring that "strength of Ox" as Dharam (ਧਰਮ)       ​

Negative:

• Visionless hardwork (ਦਿਸ਼ਾਹੀਣ ਮਿਹਨਤ); useless/futile efforts (ਵਿਅਰਥ ਕਰਮ) under the blindfold of Maya; ​

My mind is the bull, and meditation is the road; I have filled my packs with spiritual wisdom, and loaded them on the bull.​
