Bibi Mai Kaur

Bibi Mai Kaur, Was the daughter of Sardar Jai Singh, a Maan Jatt chieftain of village Mughal Chak, in Gujranwala District of Punjab, also where the HQ of Sardar Mahan Singh Sukerchakia (d. 1792) was located, and the second wife of Mahan Singh. Mahan Singh first had got married to Bibi Raj Kaur, of Jind Sikh Kingdom, as per the wishes of Mai Desan (d. 1778), the mother of Mahan Singh, and the widow of Sardar Charat Singh Sukerchakia (d. 1770). Raj Kaur who later gave birth to Ranjit Singh, the great Sikh Emperor from 1799-1839.

Mahan Singh Sukerchakia, remarried again, this time to the powerful Maan Jatt, family of Gujranwala District, to Bibi Mai Kaur, the Daughter of Sardar Jai Singh Maan, a loyal friend of Mahan Singh, and his supporter. She gave birth to a Son, whose name has been forgotten, in History.
