- June 19 Baba Gurditta laid the foundation of Nanaki Chak town.
- March 20, 1665: Guru Tegh Bahadur became Guru on March 20, 1665 and was the ninth of the ten Gurus of Sikhism. The Guru was born on (April 1, 1621 and left for his heavenly abode on November 11, 1675.
