"Dyalpura Gate Karnal" is probably a reference to the place of his birth; each village has a "gate" and this is a good way to locate the place of birth of people from Punjab. So, I guess that in this case, Dr Dalip Singh was born in village Dyalpura near the gate towards Karnal, an adjoining nearby village. Dr. Dalip singh Dyalpura gate Karnal, Dr... what does gate mean?
Perhaps this is a list of his students?
