At Gurdwara Holan Sahib, Bharnawan a keeper of the field by the name of Sultan once presented roasted green chick peas to Guru Nanak Dev Ji during his travels. He rose to distinction after becoming a follower of Guru Nanak Dev ji. Sultan himself built a platform over the site where later a Manji Sahib was built. The small Gurdwara that was built on the site later collapsed.
From Bhai Phero, a well known town of Kasur District, this village is located on Multan road about two kilometers towards Lahore.
Today there is a pool of dirty water in the village which was once the tank of this sacred place. 700 ghumaon land is endowed to the Gurdwara.
