Harvinder Singh Phoolka is an Advocate who has, as he states, never charged a penny as a fee, in the legal assistance offered to families of the riot victims. Advocate Singh has, for nearly 26 years, been fighting a relentless battle for justice on behalf of the victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
