There is a large Sikh community in Kuwait of about 20,000 people. Sikhs cannot get permanent citizenship of this country like all other immigrants and each individual live there till his/her work permit allows and then either migrate to their homelands or western countries. I don't have any info about any Gurdwara in Kuwait but have heard that Sikhs do gather in large number at the Indian Embassy during special occasions.
