Out on a limb hai.
Neither this or the cited story on wikipedia addressws his returning to Uganda. So i have added a subhead and sentence duggesting that is what has happened.
Surely Uganda does not appoint Justises to its high court without their reciding in Uganda?Allenwalla 05:40, 6 May 2008 (MDT)
