Rage or wrath or uncontrolled anger which is referred to as Krodh in Punjabi is an emotion and state of mind recognized in the Sikh system as a negative conation or impulse and is as such counted as one of the Five Evils found within the human mind. It is one of the five major weaknesses of the human personality at variance with its spiritual essence and as such has to be subdued and recognised as such by a practising Sikh.
