Brahmins during time of Krishna

ਕਬਿਤ੝ ॥
KABIT

ਬਡੇ ਹੈ ਕ੝ਮੱਤੀ ਅਉ ਕ੝ਜੱਤੀ ਕੂਰ ਕਾਇਰ ਹੈ ਬਡੇ ਹੈ ਕਮੂਤ ਅਉ ਕ੝ਜਾਤ ਬਡੇ ਜਗ ਮੈ ॥ ਬਡੇ  ਚੋਰ ਚੂਹਰੇ ਚਪਾਤੀ ਲੀਝ ਤਜੈ ਪ੝ਰਾਨ ਕਰੈ ਅਤਿ ਜਾਰੀ ਬਟਪਾਰੀ ਅਉਰ ਮਗ ਮੈ ॥
बडे  है कढ़मढ़ती अउ कढ़जढ़ती कूर काइर है बडे है कमूत अउ कढ़जात बडे जग मै ॥ बडे  चोर चूहरे चपाती लीझ तजै पढ़रान करै अति जारी बटपारी अउर मग मै ॥
These  Brahmins are morally vicious, cruel, coward, very mean and very  inferior; these Brahmins, doing actions 
like thieves and scavengers,  ever sacrifice their lives for bread; they can act like impostors and  plunderers on the paths;

ਬੈਠੇ ਹੈ ਅਜਾਨ  ਮਾਨੋ ਕਹੀਅਤ ਹੈ ਸਯਾਨੇ ਕਛੂ ਜਾਨੇ ਨ ਗਿਆਨ ਸਉ ਕ੝ਰੰਗ ਬਾਂਧੇ ਪਗ ਮੈ ॥ ਬਡੇ ਹੈ ਕ੝ਛੈਲ  ਪੈ ਕਹਾਵਤ ਹੈ ਛੈਲ ਝਸੇ ਫਿਰਤ ਨਗਰ ਜੈਸੋ ਫਿਰੈ ਢੋਰ ਵਗ ਮੈ ॥੩੦੮॥
बैठे  है अजान मानो कहीअत है सयाने कछू जाने न गिआन सउ कढ़रंग बांधे पग मै ॥ बडे  है कढ़छैल पै कहावत है छैल झसे फिरत नगर जैसो फिरै ढोर वग मै ॥३०८॥
They  sit down like ignorant people; they are clever from within and though  they have very little knowledge, 
they run hither and thither with great  speed like dear; they are very ugly, but call themselves beautiful and  roam in the city unobstructed like animals.308.
