Is this the Georgia Rangel listed as a member of the Guru Gobind Singh Foundation. Maryland? (I hate making assumptions)

And who is the we and what is their office or organization? - i.e. A few days later she herself called our office. We present some excerpts from our talk with her. Who is conducting the interview?
