3 Questions: on awakening at 3:00a.v.

O Baba Atal, Pakkian Pakaian ghal.”

this is ranslated as--O Baba, the revered one, send us well-baked bread to satiate our hunger.

please translate

Pakkian=

ghal=

where does the prose come from?

O Lord! Thy Name is the wealth of the poor,
And the refuge of the homeless.
It is the honour of the lowly,
And the sustenance of the hungry souls.

is the above a plaque on the entrance? or elsewhere? is it said in homage to Baba Atal

is their an author or is it anonymous? is it in some text or Granth?

One more question -- is there a reason for 4 turns - around the parikrama as it has been recorded as four specifically ...WHY?

thanks for any help, richard
