Guru Nanak Dev ji's visits to Leh and Kargil districts of Jammu And Kashmir is marked by historical Gurdwaras

1.PATHAR SAHIB, LEH : The Gurdwara is situated at a distance of 27 Km from Leh city.The Gurdwara was built in by Lamas<Bhudhists> of Leh in 1517.It was run by them for over four centuries and currently the Indian Army is looking after it with Sikh maryada.The Gurdwara is well maintained by Army.STD and CSD facilities are available inside the Gurdwara premises.All the Gurpurabs are celebrated here with full enthusiasm.

02.CHARAN KAMAL SAHEB, KARGIL: This Gurdwara is built at the outskirt of Kargil city at the bank of Suru River near Iqbal Bridge.

Nanak Tree, Leh :

In Leh city there is a biggest and oldest tree planted by Guru Nanak Dev ji.It is located in main bazar at the back side of main mosque.A board depiciting the history and Nishan sahib has been erected by Sikh Sangat ,the tree needs timely maintainence as cöndition is deteriorating day by day.

Thus was the mission, to save our environment initiated by the writer of his own profile through 'TRUTH gods Lanuguage of TRUTHS, during his Stay in Ladakh. He motivated, & gifted the mission to the Ladakh People nay! it was, is & will ever remain a mission of TRUTH god for Humanity. Ladhakhies still remember Guru Nanak as 'Rimpoche Lama' and have infallible reverance for Nanak & his only faith in nothing but 'TRUTH god'.

In "Punja Sahib" their is a mark of hand of Guru Sahib on stone but at "Pathar Sahib, Leh" there is a mark of Whole body of Guru Sahib in a very big stone. The whole holy body is engraved in it.
