Madanjit Kaur

Dr. Madanjit Kaur Sahoda is a prolific author of many books and articles dealing with Sikhi and its history. Serving as the Principal of the Master Tara Singh Memorial College of Ludhiana, she was honored on September 22, 2004 by being elected to the Panjab University Senate from the principals’ constituency.

The India International Friendship Society, a voluntary organization has conferred upon Dr Sahota the Bharat Jyoti award and the Punjab Rattan (Jewel of Punjab) award was also presented to her on the 37th SMISS annual award function November 2003.
