Khalsa Panth is path of Akaal Purakh (Non-Temporal Lord or Almighty)[1] and is literally the theocracy that manages the affairs of the Khalsa and Sikhs.

It refers to the entire nation of people who have taken the way of the Khalsa, and hence the Panth is self managed.
