The term 'GURU' does not refer to any Human GURU, but to 'Satgur'or'Gur' in short. Gurmukhi term satgur litterally meaning one or a set of 'TRUE IDEA/IDEAs'of living poised & Truthfull life dedicated only & only to Absolute 'TRUTH' & 'Humanity' life which is absolute 'TRUTH'. This is a symbol of infinity, and represents hand cuffs.
