Charitar 187 is about a lady called Kaam Kala and hence the name "Tale of Kaam Kala". It is part of Charitropakhyan. The tale is about a lady who was well verse with scriptures like Vedas and Shastras and who eventually killed her son.
It is a very short story. Her son didn't obey his parents. He spent his money in wrong deeds, associated with rogues and he was a womenizer and drunkard too. But on other side his brother was a suave man, so the mother loved the other son very much. She was fed up with the vices of her son, so she decided to end his life. As a person like this would be not right as his son and for the world. Once his son came to house and was sleeping, she shut the door and set the room ablaze. In a way stopped him to use the body to do more paap. After that, she did start crying and went telling people.
Its up to the reader to decide whether she did right or wrong. The helplessness of a mother seeing his son getting corrupted to core and then the extreme action is depicted in this charitar.

ਕਬਧਿ ਬਿਖੈ ਦਿਨ ਰੈਨਿ ਗਵਾਵੈ ॥ ਮਾਤ ਪਿਤਾ ਕੋ ਦਰਬ ਲਟਾਵੈ ॥ ਗੰਡਨ ਸਾਥ ਕਰੈ ਗਜਰਾਨਾ ॥ ਕਰਤ ਕਬਿਰਤਿ ਪਿਯਤ ਮਦ ਪਾਨਾ ॥੨॥
ਤਾ ਕੋ ਭਰਾਤ ਦਤਿਯ ਸਭ ਕਾਰੀ ॥ ਜੂਪ ਰਹਿਤ ਨ ਕਛੂ ਦਰਚਾਰੀ ॥ ਤਾ ਸੌ ਨੇਹ ਮਾਤ ਕੋ ਰਹੈ ॥ ਯਾ ਕੌ ਬੇਗਿ ਸੰਘਾਰੋ ਚਹੈ ॥੩॥
ਝਕ ਦਿਵਸ ਜਬ ਸੋ ਘਰ ਆਯੋ ॥ ਸੋਤ ਛਾਪਰੀ ਮਾਝ ਤਕਾਯੋ ॥ ਟਟਿਆ ਦਵਾਰ ਆਗਿ ਦੈ ਦਈ ॥ ਸਤ ਕੋ ਮਾਤ ਜਰਾਵਤ ਭਈ ॥੪॥
ਮਾਤ ਪੂਤ ਕੌ ਪਰਥਮ ਜਰਾਯੋ ॥ ਰੋਇ ਰੋਇ ਸਭ ਜਗਤ ਸਨਾਯੋ ॥ ਆਗਿ ਲਗਾਇ ਪਾਨਿ ਕੌ ਧਾਈ ॥ ਮੂਰਖ ਬਾਤ ਨ ਕਿਨਹੂੰ ਪਾਈ ॥੫॥
