Action plan for Gursikhs as ordained by the Guru.
1. Rise early
Life of a Gursikh starts with Amrit-vela. The time is important for concentration in Simran or in Sangat

2. Practical Life based on Gurbani
Dharam Karam Anuraago
Whenever we have planned for the day, should be a part of our Life's aim, remembering Guru Arjan's "Awar kaj tere kite na kam,mil sadh sangat bhaj keval Naam".
3. Discard bad things
"Jaalo aisee reet jit men piyara veesrai"
Discard all those traditions and actions that are obstacles in the Divine Path.
4. Eat less
