The pix of this Sant has a rose prominent at the front of the cushion. as I have read a discription of the Hazrat Mian Mir coming to raise or rather lay the cornerstone for the Harmandir Sahib dressed in a patchwork coat with what sounds like an old Nihang wickerware tall pointed turban covered in cloth (sans all the iron Khandas and cresents) with a rose on top
question is there some particular significance to the rose among Sikh Sants or Sufi Hazrats? Allenwalla 10:22, 12 October 2007 (EDT)
