== Changing Page to Ang ==
Dear Abhilekhvirdi ji,
Many thanks for highlighting the respect for the Guru by changing the word 'page' to 'Ang' on several of the articles.
Unfortunately this creates a problem when the article is translated from English to other languages (using the "translate into" sidebar or other automatic methods that are available) as the word 'Ang' will not translate at all. This will make it difficult for the non-English reader to understand the translated article. So to take the message of the Guru to lots of readers of other languages, we need to write 'in as pure English' as we can, especially when referring to simple words like "page", scriptures or "Granth" - "holy book", etc.
I do not mean any disrespect for the Guru but want to make sure that the Guru's message gets through to as many readers as possible so that they can understand what Sikhi is all about and hopefully gain from the experience. I accept your reason for changing the word, but it will make the article more difficult to translate and understand - so I have reverted to the original. Many thanks and kind regards for your keen interest and concern, [[user:hari singh|Hari Singh]][[User talk:Hari singh|talk]] 14:24, 10 April 2009 (UTC)

Changing Page to Ang

Many thanks and kind regards for your keen interest and concern, Hari Singhtalk 14:24, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
