It seems as if this story was taken straight from a children's book with illustrations from several sources. Many people are used to this page as it is so the changes make to the intro I did not do here as it seems the intro has already been changed from this page a bit.

Children's books are usually simplified, have large print and single lines with heavy 'leading' between them. In high school I on at least one occasion (Homer's Illiad and the Oddessy) opted to read the children's book (all the library had at the time) and did quite well on my book report. I couldn't afford the cliff notes version, which I think most other kids used except for the one student who waded through the only copy of the book my small town library had.
