Kesh: Hair

When speaking of kesh in context of sikhism it is meant the practice of keeping unshorn hair. Guru Gobind Singh told all of his sikhs to not cut any hairs on the body. This is considered part of the body, and it will give energy to ones who don't cut it. -Gurujot Singh
