Harmeet Singh Rajput (1976-????), the President of social service body (NGO) Shiromani Khalsa Council, is a Senior Lawyer/Advocate of Supreme Court of India, Punjab and Haryana High Court, India. Earlier President of Students Welfare Council, Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar. Then the ex-vice president of District Bar Association Tarn Taran. A sikh leader with dedication towards the sikh cause. Bhai (prefix)(named in newspapers source: The Hindu, Times of India, Indian Express, The Tribune) Harmeet Singh got the credit of preserving a holy well (well) held under the name and linked to Bibi Bhani Ji. Bibi Bhani Ji the daughter of third Sikh Guru Sri Guru Amardas Ji, spouse of Sri Guru Ramdass Ji (fourth Guru of Sikhs) mother of the great martyr-Sahib Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji (fifth Guru of Sikhs). The Ithaas (history) is evident that Bibi Bhani Ji is known as Guru Putri (Guru's daughter), Guru Patni (Guru's wife), Guru Jannani (Guru's mother), Guru Sewak (Guru's servant). The Bibi 'Bhani Da Khuh' is located near Sri Darbar Sahib Tarn Taran. A Gurdwara (place of Sikh worship) has been constructed at the place under name of Gurdwara Bibi Bhani da Khuh at Tarn Taran, after it was preserved. The holy place was blessed with a Khuh (well) installed in the name of Mata Bibi Bhani Ji who served needy, poor and patients with food, water from holy reservoir and medicines. Tarn Taran is city named and developed by Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji. Tarn Taran is a revenue district of Punjab state. Tarn Taran is about 22 miles away from Amritsar. Harmeet Singh was among those eight Kar Sewaks (social servant) who performed the Kar Sewa of gold Kalsh etc. at most popular sikh pilgrimage named as 'Janam Asthan (birth place) of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji' at Talwandi Rai Bhoe Di, Nankana Sahib, now located Pakistan in year 2004. Later, among the team took Kar Sewa (construction here-social service) of Janam Asthan (birth place) of Sri Guru Ramdas Ji located at Choona Mandi at Lahore, Punjab province of Pakistan. The place is well known pilgrimage of Sikhs across the globe. He was chief administrator of Guru Nanak Dev Superspecialty Hospital.
