He had written ''Kesh Visheshta'' where he quoted various lines of Guru Granth Sahib and Dasam Granth Sahib to answer a Udasi who had commented that Hairs have no importance for Sikhs. Then after 2 years he wrote Dasam Granth Nirney, which was against Dasam Granth Sahib itself where in which he also commented against Jaap Sahib, Chaupai Sahib and Ardas.
