This historical Gurdwara is built to mark the visit of Guru Nanak Sahib. It is situated near historical Mubarak Mandi Complex of Dogra rulers near Chowk Chabootra Jammu. It is said that Guru Sahib while returning to punjab via Kashmir stayed here. In this small Gurudwara there is a 3 feet marbled statue of Guru Nanak Dev ji installed by Rajput Raja Maharaja Partap Singh. During Singh Sabha Movement when statues were removed from Gurdwaras this statue got unnoticed thus got intact. Very few people know about this statue.

Representing the rich religious fervor of the local inhabiatants of Jammu and Kashmir, the sacred shrine of Gurdwara Shri Guru Nanak Devji is one of the prominent religious sites of the state. The mighty Maharaja Partap Singh had erected the beautiful statue to pay obesiance to the great religious leader of the Sikhs, Guru Nanak Dev ji.
