When Guru Dev Ji reached this place, the marriage of the daughter of a Gosai Sadhu was being solemnized. Guru Dev Ji went to his house at his supplications. The shrine called Tahli Sahib is located at the eastern side of the village where Guru Sahib stayed while on his way to Kashmir. During his stay he had tied his horse to a sheesham (siccoo) tree and thus it came to be called Tahli Sahib. The shrine looks like a house and some people live in it. | |||

Gurdwara Tahli Sahib is the third shrine built in memory of Guru Hargobind Ji's visit to Rehsema. When Guru Dev Ji reached this place, the marriage of the daughter of a Gosai Sadhu was being solemnized. Guru Dev Ji went to his house at his supplications. Guru Ji presented the Sadhu one hundred rupees in a purse along with a sehli (cap). These three items were kept here as relics.
