Gurudwara Tegh Bahadur Sahib, Sec 34 Chadigarh

Gurdwara Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib is a magnificent and famous gurudwara of Chandigarh. It is situated in Sector 34 D, Chandigarh. There is a local telli channel which shows the daily activities of the gurudwara. This attracts many preachers, too, as the many sants, babas, paathis, raagis who come to chandigarh come to this Gurdwara the main central Gurdwara of Chadigarh. Sardar

The Gurudwara also provides a sarai facility with 6 individual rooms having an attached toilet, 1 cupboard, with preference given to families over individuals. There is also one large hall which can accommodate 250-300 yatris or students who come in tour buses. Excellent rooms and very centrally located gurdwara in chandigarh. It is about 2 - 3 Km from the Chandigarh bus stand. Visitors can come here by auto from the bus stand. The gurudwara is located near the police station.

In the year of Guru Granth Sahib Gurgaddi Centenary celebration this is another Gurdwara in India with Hightech Projecton facility which allows a line by line reading of Gurbani with meanings shown in simple english and punjabi as the Gurbani is being sung; with help of a projector, screen and computer installed in the Gurdwara's Main Hall.
