There was a poor Brahmin Name Devi Das lived in village Jaijon. Hakim [[Zabar Khan]] took away his wife to his palace. The Brahmin was sad hearted and wept before the qazis and other Religious leaders, but nobuddy cares. Gurdwara Sahib Shahidan is a wonderful historical shrine located at Ladhewal in Mahilpur in Distt Hoshiarpur. This shrine is dedicated to Sahibzada Ajit singh, the elder sahibzada of Shri Guru Gobind Singh jee.
History

On monday Sahibzada reached in here in evening, some of wounded singhs were dead here on same night. the cremation of those singhs were done by Sabizada himself in morning. then Baba Ajeet singh moved towards anandpur sahib.
