Gurdwara Dusht Daman is situated at Joshimath, in its main Bazaar. This Gurdwara was constructed under the supervision of Sant Thandi Singh. It was completed in 1966 with the Hemkunt-Trust later building many residential buildings for the comfort of the pilgrims.

In Gurdwara Dusht Daman, travellers are provided with all types of facilities. The pilgrims stay there at night and next day early in the morning start their journey towards Gobind Ghat."

This is a shorter version of page Joshi Math without the mention of the many Hindu Temples along the way.
