'''GUR''' (short for 'Satgur') is a Gurbani term &  means 'ALL the Shabads' i.e. 'Gurbani' itself in Satgur Granth Sahib . It is interesting to understand that this Gurbani term refers to its ownself . Further in Gurmat all the following apparently similar sounding terms mean diiferently in different contexts.
