Bhai Amrik Singh (1948- 6 June 1984) was President of the Sikh Students Federation from 1977 to 1984. He was martyred on 6th June 1984 at Harmandir Sahib (Amritsar) during the attack by the Indian army known as Operation Bluestar. He gave new life to the Sikh Students Federation with the help of Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale.

Bhai Amrik Singh was the son of Sant Giani Kartar Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale, the chief of the Bhindranwale Mehta Chowk Samparda Jatha. He had passed his M.A. in Punjabi from Khalsa College at Amritsar. After this he began research work for his Ph.D. thesis.

He was well versed in Gurbani and Sikh literature. He devoted whole of his life for Sikh missionary activities. Bhai Sahib Ji was a close companion of Sant Jarnail Singh Ji.

He was elected the President of the Sikh Students' Federation' on July 2, 1978. In 1979, he contested the election to the SGPC from the Beas constituency. The Punjab government used all illegitimate means to defeat him.

In 1982, he was arrested on false charges but released in 1984. On June 4, 1984, when the Indian army invaded Darbar Sahib, he fought bravely embracing martyrdom on June 6, 1984.
