Three Early morning hrs are called AMRIT VELA, is the time of about three hours(+) before sunrise, say from about 3 AM to 6AM. This slot of three hrs which follows the instant of sun rise in a region over the globe.
Nanak Sahib expects nay! ordains his Sikhs to get up at this auspicious time and learn GOD's language SatGurBani followed by its application on ground through the day. This foundation holy daily NitName (routine) for those who call themseves Sikh. .
