Hazra Singh

s/o Late Raja singh. Arrested in 1931and lodged in Lahore Fort. Ooty Bank Action Village Bhahuri, dist Hoshiarpur. Escaped from there and was again arrested in Ootacamund, Tamilnadu. Ooty Bank Action Case. He was sentenced to 10 years R.I. He escaped from custody but was rearrested and deported to Cellular jail,Andamans. After release, while working in Jamshedpur on a picket line at at strike a factory hired lorry of the management ran him over and crushed him to death. As he refused to let the lorry pass through the gate. The lorry was transporting strike breakers. Participated in the second hunger strike in Andamns.
