Gurmat Samagam or Gurmat Camp is an event where Sikhs gather to discuss, to listen and to take part in the discussion about the teachings from the Guru Granth Sahib. The Samagam or Camp may involve listening or performing Gurbani Paath, Kirtan or listening to Katha and Sakhis of the Gurus or historical events or it may involve physical activities like Gatka, Yoga, etc.

However, the central message is to follow the teachings as laid out in Gurbani. Most Samagams will have Guru ka Langar where many sewadars will prepare food for the congregation attending the event. The purpose of the Samagam is to bring awareness of the Guru's word to the attendees.
