ਦੋ ਅਬਰੂ ਚ੝ ਅਬਰੇ ਬਹਾਰਾਂ ਕ੝ਨਦ ॥ ਬਮਿਯਗਾਂ ਚ੝ ਅਜ਼ ਤੀਰ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਕ੝ਨਦ ॥੫॥<br>

ਰ੝ਖ਼ੇ ਚੂੰ ਖ਼ਲਾਸੀ ਦਿਹਦ ਮਾਹਿ ਰਾਂ ॥ ਬਹਾਰੇ ਗ੝ਲਿਸਤਾਂ ਦਿਹਦ ਸ਼ਾਹਿ ਰਾਂ ॥੬॥<br>
To all the Princes, she was epitome of the garden in the spring.(6) <br>

ਬ ਅਬਰੂ ਕਮਾਨੇ ਸ਼੝ਦਾ ਨਾਜ਼ਨੀਂ ॥ ਬ ਚਸ਼ਮਸ਼ ਜ਼ਨਦ ਕੈਬਰੈ ਕਹਰਗੀਂ ॥੭॥<br>
And they shot out calamitous arrows.(7) <br>

Her looks accorded the ecstasy of wine, <br>
And, as well as, desolated the blooming gardens,(8) <br>


She was ravishingly beautiful and surpassed all norms of exquisiteness. <br>
ਬ ਮਸਤੀ ਦਿਹਦ ਹਮ ਚ੝ਨੀ ਰੂਇ ਮਸਤ ॥ ਗ੝ਲਿਸਤਾਂ ਕ੝ਨਦ ਬੂਮ ਸ਼ੋਰੀਦ ਦਸਤ ॥੮॥<br>
She was graceful, no doubt, but she possessed archaic thought.(9) <br>
Her looks accorded the ecstasy of wine, And, as well as, desolated the blooming gardens,(8) <br><br>


There lived a Pathan, called Hassan Khan at the same place. <br>
ਖ਼੝ਸ਼ੇ ਖ਼੝ਸ਼ ਜਮਾਲੋ ਕਮਾਲੋ ਹ੝ਸਨ ॥ ਬ ਸੂਰਤ ਜਵਾਨਸਤ iਫ਼ਕਰੇ ਕ੝ਹਨ ॥੯॥<br>
The wisdom of his thought was quite mature.(10) <br>
She was ravishingly beautiful and surpassed all norms of exquisiteness. She was graceful, no doubt, but she possessed archaic thought.(9) <br><br>


They both loved each other so much, <br>
ਯਕੇ ਹਸਨ ਖ਼ਾਂ ਬੂਦ ਓ ਜਾ ਫ਼ਗਾਂ ॥ ਬਦਾਨਸ਼ ਹਮੀ ਬੂਦ ਅਕਲਸ਼ ਜਵਾਂ ॥੧੦॥<br>
That even Majnu (Romeo) and Laila (Juliet) would have been envious of them.(11) <br>
There lived a Pathan, called Hassan Khan at the same place. The wisdom of his thought was quite mature.(10) <br><br>


The love in them became so intense, <br>
ਕ੝ਨਦ ਦੋਸਤੀ ਬਾ ਹਮਹ ਯਕ ਦਿਗਰ ॥ ਕਿ ਲੈਲੀ ਵ ਮਜਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਿਜ਼ਲ ਗਸ਼ਤ ਸਰ ॥੧੧॥<br>
That they lost the control of reins and stirrups.(12) <br>
They both loved each other so much, That even Majnu (Romeo) and Laila (Juliet) would have been envious of them.(11) <br><br>


She invited him home all alone, <br>
ਚ੝ ਬਾ ਯਕ ਦਿਗ਼ਰ ਹਮ ਚ੝ਨੀ ਗਸ਼ਤ ਮਸਤ ॥ ਚ੝ ਪਾ ਅਜ਼ ਰਕਾਬੋ ਇਨਾ ਰਫ਼ਤ ਦਸਤ ॥੧੨॥<br>
And seeing him she was over-powered with lust.(13) <br>
The love in them became so intense, That they lost the control of  reins and stirrups.(12) <br><br>


When eating and drinking, two, three and four months had passed by, <br>
ਤਲਬ ਕਰਦ ਓ ਖ਼ਾਨਝ ਖ਼ਿਲਵਤੇ ॥ ਮਿਯਾਂ ਆਮਦਸ਼ ਜੋ ਬਦਨ ਸ਼ਹਵਤੇ ॥੧੩॥<br>
One of their enemies informed the Master.(14) <br>
She invited him home all alone, And seeing him she was over-powered with lust.(13) <br><br>


Raheem Khan Pathan flew into rage, <br>
ਹਮੀਂ ਜ੝ਫ਼ਤ ਖ਼੝ਰਦੰਦ ਦ੝ ਸੇ ਚਾਰ ਮਾਹ ॥ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਕਰਦ ਜੋ ਦ੝ਸ਼ਮਨੇ ਨਿਜ਼ਦ ਸ਼ਾਹ ॥੧੪॥<br>
And, roaring, drew his sword from the scabbard.(15) <br>
When eating and drinking, two, three and four months had passed by, One of their enemies informed the Master.(14) <br><br>


When she received the news that her husband was coming, <br>
ਬ ਹੈਰਤ ਦਰਾਂਮਦ ਫ਼ਗਾਨੇ ਰਹੀਮ ॥ ਕਸ਼ੀਦਨ ਯਕੇ ਤੇਗ਼ ਗਰਰਾਂ ਅਜ਼ੀਮ ॥੧੫॥<br>
She killed that man with a sword.(16) <br>
Raheem Khan Pathan flew into rage, And, roaring, drew his sword from the scabbard.(15) <br><br>


She put his meat in a saucepan, added spices, <br>
ਚ੝ ਖ਼ਬਰਸ਼ ਰਸੀਦੋ ਕਿ ਆਮਦ ਸ਼ੌਹਰ ॥ ਹ੝ਮਾਂ ਯਾਰ ਖ਼੝ਦ ਰਾ ਬਿਜ਼ਦ ਤੇਗ਼ ਸਰ ॥੧੬॥<br>
And put it on fire.(17) <br>
When she received the news that her husband was coming, She killed that man with a sword.(16) <br><br>


She served that cooked meat to her husband. <br>
ਹਮਹਿ ਗੋਸ਼ਤੋ ਦੇਗ਼ ਅੰਦਰ ਨਿਹਾਦ ॥ ਮਸਾਲਯ ਬਿਅੰਦਾਖ਼ਤ ਆਤਸ਼ ਬਿਦਾਦ ॥੧੭॥<br>
With what was left over, she entertained the servants.(18) <br>

‘Which I need at the time of  struggle.(20) <br>
‘Oh! Saki, Give me the cup full of green (liquid), ‘Which I need at the time of  struggle.(20) <br><br>


‘Fill it up to the brim, so that I can drink it with every breath, <br>
ਲਬਾਲਬ ਬਕ੝ਨ ਦਮ ਬਦਮ ਨੋਸ਼ ਕ੝ਨ ॥ ਗ਼ਮੇ ਹਰ ਦ੝ ਆਲਮ ਫ਼ਰਾਮੋਸ਼ ਕ੝ਨ ॥੨੧॥੧੨॥<br>
‘And forget the afflictions of  both the worlds.(21)(12) <br>
