Kulbir Singh Vilkhu is a Sikh Indian Designer. He started his designing career from 2002 and has woked for fields like web designing, logo designing, multimedia presentations, website animations, full flash websites, graphics design, 2D animations and web application development According to the website designers-x.com, "he is a former Student of PTU Jalandhar, who migrated to Chandigarh in the late 2003 and started the Designers X web platform for designers to work together as distributed network at different places." Also President and CEO of Designers X, a designing & development firm targeted to quality work, his company owns many websites including a Fun, Gaming & Internet services based portal called rapchikk.com, Designers X has many co-ordinator around the world including different countries like U.S.A., Australia, U.K., Dubai, Uganada and Keneya.
In February 2004, Singh started this long time shared platform for designers to work accordingly & provide quality.
