Sukshinder Shinda

Sukshinder Shinda (born Sukshinder Singh Bhullar) is a bhangra record producer and singer–songwriter. Since releasing his first professional recording in 1989, Dhol Beat 1, Shinda has produced or collaborated on more than 200 albums, including all of Jazzy B's releases. In 2003, Shinda released his first solo album, Gal Sun Ja, which featured the singles "Gal Sun Ja" and "Tere Utteh Akh Ni".[1]

Record producer

Sukshinder Shinda has also produced soundtracks for many Punjabi films such as Dil Apna Punjabi, Munde U.K. De, and Shaheed Udham Singh.

Musical artist

After just releasing the album, "Collaborations 2" in February 2009, he is already working on a new album with Jazzy B, set to release this Fall. The Punjabi Jodi has worked together many times in the past, but this album is something different and special for the Sikh Community.

Sukshinder Shinda's new album, entitled, "Satguru Mera" (translated to the True Guru is mine) is his first completely religious album. The album cover features both bhangra singers wearing pagri's and Jazzy B flashing his gold khanda chain, a symbol of the Sikh religion.[2]
