An individual's personality is an aggregate conglomeration of decisions we've made throughout our lives(Bradshaw)

Acc. to Sikhism, A sikh has to attain the personality of guru which. and ones he attains guru's teachings his way of life his personality will be automatically uplifited. This was said by Guru Amar Das who was 91 years of age when he got the guruship. Guru's Personality can be attain by anyones wether poor or rich wether upper caste or lower.
