Gurdwara Manji Sahib, Manakdeke Stands in the village of Manakdeke is at a distance of about 2 kms from Kanganpur town and is served by Kanganpur Railway station. It is in tehsil Chunian of Kasur District Punjab, Pakistan. Guru Nanak Dev Ji (1469-1539) had cursed its people to be scattered, Guru Sahib, by cursing them Guru Sahib said that where ever they will go the people of Manakdeke will spread kindness. While Kanganpur was cursed by saying that the people of Kanganpur shall stay at one place as they have no kindness. and this village looks like a deserted place even today. The whole village is built with mud. People work in other cities. Manji Sahib of Sat Gur Nanak Dev Ji has been built in baked bricks in a street outside the village facing Government Primary School. Muslim Refugees from Mewat in Haryana are living in it now who settled here in 1947 during the Partition. Once there used to be the Prakash of Guru Granth Sahib Ji but for years until present it has not taken place. The people of the village are still kind and loving.
